Mental Health Matters

According to the World Health Association, mental health is "a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community." Achieving stable mental health is no easy task, especially during a global pandemic where we are all trapped at home. This sudden free time is allowing us to think about things we weren’t able to before: about the future, the past, our dreams, our fears, etc.

All these new thoughts can be overwhelming - but one way to calm them is through journaling. Writing down your worries gives you clarity and helps to organize your brain to get to the root cause of your troubles. Furthermore, having documentation of your previous mental conditions allows you to reflect and better manage those thoughts when they come again. All of this is very important to us at Cloud of Thoughts, so we created a digital diary where users can spill their inner thoughts trusting that it will all be kept safe.
